As she wandered the streets alone, she was met with hostility from strangers who even threw stones at her. But against the odds, this dog eventually found true love.
The MoHo reported that a dejected-looking puppy was discovered on August 20th, and one can easily tell just by looking at her how much pain she must have endured.
She was subjected to cruelty by individuals who threw stones and garbage at her, kicked her mercilessly, and even allowed other dogs to bite her just because of her unappealing appearance. Fortunately, a rescue team came across her and lifted her up, revealing that she had lost nearly all of her hair.
Fortunately, Juana hasn’t lost her appetite despite her misfortunes. She managed to finish all the food provided, which is crucial for her recovery. Unfortunately, her skin condition is more severe than they initially thought. In the past three days, it has continued to itch and bleed, causing further discomfort.
Juana’s skin greatly improved after receiving intensive skin treatment for approximately five days, alongside satisfying her hearty appetite. As part of the process, she underwent complete hair removal to facilitate the growth of new hair and make it easier to apply topical cream to her skin.
After being rescued, Juana finally got to experience the warmth of the sun during her first walk in just two weeks. It had been years since she had felt this kind of freedom and she relished every moment of it.
Juana’s hair growth has been slow due to the significant skin effect. Despite almost a month passing, her new hair has not fully grown yet. However, she is receiving care and love from those around her. She is surrounded by affectionate gestures, gentle words, and lots of kisses. Juana seems to be improving as she wags her tail happily.
After being rescued, Juana was fortunate enough to find a new Mama just two months later. She is thriving in her new home and it’s heartwarming to see how well she fits in. Clearly, she has found the best mother in the world who showers her with love and affection, which is evident by the big smiles and sweet kisses Juana bestows upon her.
Wow, it’s been 2 years and she’s changed so much. She’s now living in a loving home!
