Unfortunately, these animals can appear suddenly and it’s impossible for the drivers to stop in time. Recently, there was a case of an unconscious animal found on a viaduct. Luckily, it was still alive and was able to be saved, which brought joy to many.
A sanctuary for small animals in India has made it their mission to rescue and protect these creatures. One heartwarming incident involved an individual bravely saving a puppy that was hit by a car on a busy highway. Initially, the intention was to remove the lifeless body, but to everyone’s surprise, the dog was still alive.
The little dog, who was given the name “Miracle”, was found lying senseless on the road while cars passed by, oblivious to his plight. Some kind-hearted individuals made the brave decision to rescue him from harm’s way and move him to a safer place or give him a decent funeral. The individuals involved in the incident expressed that the deceased animal should have been treated with respect and not hit by a car. However, their distress turned to joy when a passerby on a motorcycle noticed that the animal was still alive. He stopped his bike, crossed the busy highway, and retrieved the furry creature. He then swiftly took it to a veterinary clinic with his companion, who joined him on the motorcycle.
“We rushed him to the clinic where the veterinarian conducted a thorough assessment and began his treatment,” they shared while expressing gratitude towards Dr. Parag Pandya for saving Miracle’s life. The video later shows Miracle completely healed and joyful with his rescuers, wagging his tail and giving them kisses. “Miracle had suffered from serious head injuries that required time, proper medical attention, affection, and a lot of care to recover,” they added.
The rescuers of the dog decided to keep him after his miraculous survival from being hit by cars. They believed that he deserved a second chance at life and did not want him to return to the streets. The incident served as a reminder to be cautious while driving and to watch out for animals crossing the road.
